"Talented and fun to work with!" My husband and I are in the process of building a home. We gave our plans to Tanna and met with her a couple of weeks later. She had looked over our plans like they where her own. She came armed with samples and a ton of ideas. In November of 2023 we bought a 20 plus year old house in Anthem Country Club that needed a whole house remodel...meaning new floors, knocking out walls, redoing the kitchen, etc. By way of background, my wife and I are not rookies when it comes to projects like this, we have done many whole house remodels gutting houses down to the studs in some cases as well as buying land and building from scratch.In our past projects we have been fortunate to find great contractors who worked with skilled designers and then finally interior designers to assist with furniture layout, etc. Tanna does all of these things. I knew what I wanted to remodel but I was having trouble getting it off and running. Our contractor told use to go pick out flooring and tile, but it was overwhelming. I did not have the time to go back and forth with options. Tanna took the stress out of the project. She listened to my ideas and then suggested things I never would have thought of. She put together palette boards and made the project so easy. She is responsive to questions. She lined up the flooring, paint, tile and cabinet installers and worked very well with our contractor. I have used TBD whenever I have needed help with general ideas for a project. We converted a large storage shed into a bonus room that is now used every day. After living in our house for a few months, we discovered a major leak in our master bathroom that required a complete rebuild of the shower. We decided to turn lemons into lemonade and use this as an opportunity to work with Tanna and her team to help us redesign and update our shower. Tanna has helped us with two projects, one being a complete bathroom remodel, and now we are remodeling a small kitchen. With her expertise, we have made this kitchen come alive. White Quartz countertops, and a beautiful white sub tile for the back splash. We are almost finished and can’t wait to share pictures. Tanna is very good at her work, and will use her again.

I knew Tanna many years ago before husbands and families. She has always been a great person to be around. When she moved back to Yakima and I saw she had started a design business, I was eager to see what she was doing. I have watched her succeed quickly with many awards. When my husband and I decided to remodel our master bathroom I knew I wanted to contact her. We discussed what we wanted and didn’t want and she came back with a design that we loved. The project went well and we absolutely love the finished product. I will definitely utilize her creativity in the future. Tanna was wonderful to work with and created a very glamorous space for my medical office.  She created such an inspiring work space and everything was well thought out to the smallest detail.  She brought in beautiful textile ideas and coordinated the ordering process. She provided the inspiration and allowed me to use the template to shop around within my budget.  She was readily available to come to the work site and help make design decisions throughout the process.  I have received so many compliments on my office space since we opened and it would not be what it is without the help from Tanna.  I will definitely be using her again for future projects!

Tanna has been awesome!!! She was able to put to life what I had always dreamed of! She is prompt, reliable, honest, CREATIVE, ARTISTIC, and nice all at the same time which is not always easy to find in a designer! I highly recommend her! In November of 2023 we bought a 20 plus year old house in Anthem Country Club that needed a whole house remodel...meaning new floors, knocking out walls, redoing the kitchen, etc. By way of background, my wife and I are not rookies when it comes to projects like this, we have done many whole house remodels gutting houses down to the studs in some cases as well as buying land and building from scratch.In our past projects we have been fortunate to find great contractors who worked with skilled designers and then finally interior designers to assist with furniture layout, etc. Tanna does all of these things. She is by far and away the most skilled , talented person we have ever worked with...she quickly "got us." Without Tanna, our house would have turned out OK....with Tanna our house is going to be amazing. These types of projects are expensive, making a mistake is very costly, Tanna will keep you from making mistakes. Whatever her fees are its worth every penny to make sure your investment turns out right.

Tanna helped furnish and decorate our entire home. She was amazing and so helpful from the start. Always communicating every step of the way. Very responsive to any questions we had. She truly creates magical spaces. We couldn't be any more thrilled with the outcome of each space!!

I couldn't have asked for more!! Our living room, dining room, family room, etc. was done over 15 years ago and desperately needed an update. I didn't want to replace the furniture or curtains because they were still in really good condition. I also didn't want to spend a huge amount of money because we will probably be downsizing in the next few years. Tanna totally understood and worked with what I had. She rearranged the furniture, added a new rug, picked out new fabrics for pillows, added wallpaper to the back of the shelves, etc. The room looks totally new, funky and modern. Exactly what I was hoping to accomplish. My 20 something daughters are so jealous. They want it for their apartments/homes. I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. And, I didn't have to spend tons of money like the first time around. When we downsize in a few years, I will definitely call Tanna. She is incredibly talented and so much fun to work with!!

Tanna was Amazing! She helped me complete our wallpaper design in our bedroom. She brought over 30+ samples to view and spent a hour and half helping me pick which ones we liked. Tanna was very responsive with emails and any other questions I had at the time. I would love to work with her again!

It is hard for me to adequately put into words how thrilled I am about Tanna's most recent project. My mother has lived in the same small home for 45 years and as you could imagine it was long overdue (by a couple decades) for some updating.  At age 70 and recently widowed my mom decided to do an entire home makeover. It was a giant task filled with a lifetime of memories and emotion. The before and after photos speak for themselves and are nothing short of miraculous.  With Tanna's knowledge, expertise and creativity she put a team of trusted, highly-skilled professionals together that took on this task with care, compassion and dependability.  Mom trusted Tanna and her team so much that she moved out of the home entirely before demo and didn't return until it was complete and ready for a TV show style grand reveal celebration. Our commercial lobby needed an update and we were referred to TANNA BY DESIGN from other businesses in the valley. Our customers are rough on our waiting room furniture so we needed new pieces that would last. Tanna’s reputation was spot on. Engaged Expert! Tanna has and will continue to be the designer we call for all of our home decor projects, big and small (though they are mostly big). Tanna took the time to come to our home, listen and interpret our needs and our style and creatively packaged the recommendations she made for us. I first ran across Tanna's name and design work in Yakima Magazine.  I remember thinking that her design style was stunning, and that someday I would love to have her help in creating a space that would be just right for our family.  Months later, we moved into a new home and were faced with what seemed like an endless canvas of blank walls and floor space.  I was overwhelmed.  I contacted Tanna, and invited her over for a consultation.  Tanna instantly put me at ease.  She was both personable and professional, creative and kind. We're doing a new construction in NY and we contacted Tanna for her "a la carte" services to help us with the random things we needed guidance on and for her general experience in homes and design that we lacked. This is the second time I worked with Tanna and her team.
